He obtained his Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (B.H.M.S.) from Mangalore University in 1995, followed by a Master’s degree (M.D.) from NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada, in 2002. He further pursued a Ph.D. from Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth, Udaipur, completing his doctoral studies in 2021.
With 27 years of clinical experience as a Homoeopathic Practitioner and 20 years in teaching as a Professor and Head of the Department, He brings a wealth of expertise to his role. Additionally, he has 12 years of administrative experience as Vice-Principal, demonstrating his versatility and leadership capabilities.

He actively engages in research projects to promote evidence-based clinical learning and cultivate a scientific temperament among students. He has been appointed as an External Examiner for B.H.M.S. courses by The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University and has received awards such as Best Teacher in 2012. He has also served in various capacities, including as a Paper Evaluator and Setter, Inspector in Inspection Committees, and Chairman of Selection Committees.

He has been actively involved in various organizational ventures, including moderating seminars and serving as Secretary for national-level events such as PRAXIS. He also engages in academic activities, guiding students in B.H.M.S. courses and participating in national and international seminars.
